George Hargrave The Senator
Hargrave was a two term representative and two term Senator for the State of Oklahoma 
Senator George shown here with brother Representative Jerry Hargrave. 
They served in Oklahoma at the same time as the states only “Brother Team”. There have been more Hargrave’s in the Oklahoma legislature than any other family in the states history. One is currently serving now. The pair authored legislation that allowed citizens to legally transport firearms. Historically there have been more Hargrave’s in the Oklahoma legislature than any other family in the States history, with one currently serving as of 2011 for the first time in the state.
